How to set it up
- Mount it in the hallway outside bedrooms, or on a wall or ceiling as the manual says.
- Press and hold the test button to make sure it sounds.
- Write the install date on it.
- Test it once a month.
- Replace the whole alarm after 10 years.
Storing and looking after it
Test monthly, dust it gently, replace by the date printed on it.
